It’s a cover-up!

a211531.001I’ve found an awesome product and I just have to share in a short post. If you’ve ever struggled with dark undereye circles, you know how frustrating it can be. They make you look old and/or ill. They have a variety of causes including pale skin that just allows tiny capillaries to show more, lack of sleep and allergies. Worse, for some of us, they’re hereditary, (read: you’re stuck with ’em). If you’re like me, you’ve probably tried many different concealers and have searched Youtube for the best products and application methods. I’ve tried yellow-toned concealers, then Dermablend, which is supposed to hide everything. I’ve even combined a layer of the yellow-toned concealer with Dermablend over it, but when the product(s) are too thick, you get the cakey look and settling in the fine lines around your eyes. Maybe you’ve tried expensive creams that are supposed to be the miracle cure to lighten circles, but they don’t deliver what they promise.

I’d pretty much given up on finding a product that would truly hide my dark circles until I received a little trial package of IT Cosmetics’ Bye Bye Under Eye Anti Aging Concealer with an eye shadow palette that was on my Christmas wishlist. This stuff is ah-MA-zing! It really is a full coverage treatment concealer that delivers highly pigmented natural-looking perfect coverage while supplying anti-aging benefits.

I’d always used a stick-type concealer, so the more fluid consistency took some practice. A little goes a long way, so use sparingly and apply with a concealer brush or your finger tip. If you apply it too thick, it will crack and crease, but a thin coat is all that’s needed. Applied correctly, it will give you a perfect, dewy finish that won’t settle into fine lines. Love, love, love it! Check out the video below. If you try it, let me know what you think!
